Not sure if I lost a day or if I lost myself

&& today I seem to be trying to get myself back.  I seem to have lost myself there between the hourse of 9pm on Monday and 12am this morning.  It was like I was stuck in this whole other world and I couldn't or didn't know how to get myself out.  How strange does that sound?
